Returns from the UK

We accept returns up to 30 days after the order has been received. Just make sure the item is in the condition in which it arrived to you. The item should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact.

We recommend using a tracked service and that you retain a copy of your receipt or proof of postage just in case anything happens to your item whilst it is on its way back to us.

The cost of return is your responsibility, unless otherwise agreed by us due to an error on our part.

Returns from outside the UK

Please contact our helpdesk at hello@universal-textiles.com with your order number, letting us know which items you would like to return. Our advisors will be able to provide you with a local returns depot for your order.
